Linen and linen blends crease. That is the fabric breathing, not a fault.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash.
Dry in shade. Never wring or tumble dry hot.
Shake out while damp and hang straight away — linen sets as it dries.
To relax creases, mist with plain water and hang for twenty minutes. No iron needed.
If you want it crisp, iron on the reverse while slightly damp.
Roll, don't fold, when you pack.
